Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your secure account and navigate to the order history to select the specific gadget you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and hidden components included to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for our intake team to process.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for data wipes and physical integrity before issuing a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
